⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 'The Long and Winding Road' by Lesley Pearse is a non fiction memoir.
Lesley Pearse having been a best selling author for some time, shares the story of her life so far and what an interesting and varied life she has had.
This book is well written and is a real page turner.
The author tells of her life of leaving home at 16 and living through the sixties in various jobs including designing clothes, being a sales woman and even at one time a PlayBoy bunny.
The author tells her life story with humor and compassion and you follow her through many hard times and her resilience and 'can do' nature shines through.
I have never read any of Lesley Pearse's novel, but after reading this book I will certainly be reading some. Her writing keeps you hooked from the first page and makes you want to keep reading on.
