⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 'Queenless' by Mira Marconow and translated by Maggie Zebracha is a memoir of grief.
This novel tells the story of the loss a young woman feels at the death of her mother. It is set in post-Soviet Poland.
This book is a novel and a poem in one and has such a original flow of narration.
Warning that this is not an easy read, but it is also very beautiful in many ways and worth reading.
Anyone who has experienced grief is going to find similarities in the young ladies story compared to their own.
An original and well crafted story and recommended.
Thanks to the author and publisher in allowing me to read in return for a review.
