⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"Before She Disappeared' by Lisa Gardner introduces you to Frankie Elkin.
Frankie Elkin is a great character and is well described. She is a middle aged woman who is on a mission to find lost people, no matter what the outcome. She is also a recovering alcoholic with her own traumas to deal with.
Frankie finds herself in Mattapan, a Boston Neighbourhood in search of a missing girl. She has to fight with not being wanted in this area and seeks to build relationships with the people of the town.
The characters she meets along the way are well described and you are almost there with her.
This story is well plotted with lots of twists and turns that you don't see coming. You definitely end the story with the wish to hear more stories with this main character.
